2. User Conduct

SpotMe provides decentralized communication tools. You agree to use the application lawfully and respectfully. You are solely responsible for the content you transmit over local mesh networks or our internet relay.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Because SpotMe relies on local device capabilities (Bluetooth/WiFi hardware), we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially in physically distant or heavily interfered environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

SpotMe Official shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
